Dealing with self-responsively impaired leases, lease purchases and lease contracts in the event of insolvency, extraordinary terminations, cancellations, contract changes (e.g. conversion cases), insurance cases and other legal cases. Dedicate and carry out object checks, assurances and evaluations. Coordinate the use of internal and external bodies for collection/search measures and their monitoring. Correspondents with lawyers. Conduct receivable tracing and settlements through and monitor deadlines and repositories.

You bring a completed commercial or economic training or further education and have already gained professional experience in receivable management, preferably in the legal department of a similar company. In addition to your knowledge in civil, commercial and insolvency law, you ideally have industry experience in the leasing/financing/banking sector. Negotiating skills and enforcement skills are just as good as team and communication skills as well as a high flexibility.
