Accompany with us the cultural transformation process of AXA and support managers and employees in their development. We are looking for YOU as a full-time reinforcement for six months with start date on 01. February 2026! In the Leadership Transformation & Development team, we provide the learning and development landscape at AXA and establish a modern leadership understanding. Support us to plan, organize, evaluate and market group-wide training and learning opportunities. We focus on our AXA Future Skills so that we can face the future in a stronger way. Accompany data & AI transformation at AXA by designing group-wide qualification concepts or team-internal processes by using our in-house generative AI and smaller automation solutions. Support our team so that it remains powerful and constantly working on itself and its way of working. In our agile setting you play an important role by planning and moderating agile rituals such as weeklies and retrospectives. You complete your studies in the field of psychology, economic psychology, BWL, pedagogy, communication sciences, etc. – Advanced Bachelor's degree (min. 4th semester) or Master's degree You have already gained first practical experience, e.g. through internships or training, ideally in the HR field. Your digital fitness is important to you, so you shine with secure PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills You work independently and you want to take responsibility You bring organizational and communication strength You have time and pleasure, us from 01. to support February 2026 for a period of 6 months in full time
