You are an active part of the transformation of our company and shape our growth course In doing so, you will guide and develop the construction coordination department professionally as disciplined and build a powerful team You are responsible for managing and successfully implementing construction measures in the electricity, gas, water and wastewater sectors in accordance with the requirements of the performance phase 8 HOAI – up to the functional handover to internal and external contractors You ensure compliance with cost, quality and deadline targets and ensure an approved construction design You are responsible for a proper construction operation in compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. occupational safety, accident prevention, TSM) and coordinates the participating companies You are the central contact person for service providers, authorities and internal interfaces and ensure smooth cooperation You work at a strategic level, develop roadmaps, multiannual planning and efficiency programs that are geared to the overall goal of your area. You have a completed study in the field of energy technology, process engineering, construction management or a comparable field as a basis for the responsible management of your department You have a well-founded knowledge of HOAI and VOB and are sure to apply it to the award and implementation of construction and infrastructure projects You bring strong negotiation skills with you and use this in a sovereign manner in exchange with service providers, authorities and internal interfaces to achieve economic and sustainable solutions You have strong leadership qualities and several years of experience in a technical environment. You can develop and motivate teams You have strong management competencies, have sound strategic know-how and meet decisions for your area of responsibility on an analytical basis. You think beyond interfaces and keep the whole thing in mind You are characterized by an analytical, fact-based and cross-disciplinary approach.
