Your tasks:

• Project management support and achievement of project goals (time, Scope, cost, quality)
• Defining, setting up and promoting the project team or the Project organisation, including staff from other Functions (matrix organisations), in all project phases
• Stakeholder management
• support in creating a communication and Change Management Plans
• Advice, development and introduction of performance management
• Supporting structure, governance and improvements digital tools
• Building a sustainable monitoring of implementation steps

Your profile:

• completed studies in the field of business information technology, Business management, international management or comparable Qualifications
• Over two years of professional experience in customer service Service and project management
• Basic knowledge of change management
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German and English skills
• readiness to travel: two to three times a year (within Europe)
