Objective:

As a home manager, you are responsible for the strategic, personal and professional management of the stationary facility. They ensure pedagogical quality and compliance with legal and internal requirements. You work closely with the youth offices, caregivers, professionals and other cooperation partners.

Tasks and responsibilities

Technical direction: Ensuring and further developing pedagogical work in accordance with the aid plan procedure (§36 SGB VIII) Responsibility for the implementation of the protective contract for child welfare (§8a SGB VIII) Close cooperation with youth offices, schools, therapists and other cooperation partners

Personnel management: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the pedagogical team Personal planning, development and control Promoting a motivating working climate

Administrative tasks: Budget and Economic Planning, Controlling and Reporting Responsibility for the occupancy and utilization of the facility Implementation and monitoring of quality standards and concepts

Presentation: representation of the institution to external partners, authorities and the public Participation in conceptual developments Teachers / Social pedagogues

Requirements

Qualification: Completed study of social education, social work, pedagogy or comparable course of study (min. Bachelor)' Additional qualifications in the field of management (e.g. social management) desirable

Professional experience: Multiannual experience in stationary youth assistance Experience in personnel management and business management

Personal competencies: Representative leadership and social competence A sense of decision and responsibility Communication and team skills Loadability and organizational strength
