We are looking for you as Head of Finance and Accounting (m/w/d). In close coordination with the management and together with your team, you will modernise and professionalize existing structures. You convince by professional competence, willingness to change and leadership and appreciate the effectiveness in the family-run middle class.

You lead and develop your 16-member team in financial and accounting as well as controlling You are ultimately responsible for the monthly and annual accounts according to HGB (both at individual level and the consolidated financial statements) and for the entire payment transactions of the group of companies You advance digital projects, optimize processes, develop financial structures and strengthen liquidity management You act as the first contact person for auditors, banks and external partners You also act as a savings partner for the management and internal specialist departments (in particular sales and purchasing)

Business Continuing Education (e.g. Account Holder) or a completed Business Studies with a focus on Finance/Controlling Multiannual professional and management experience in financial and accounting (trade or industry) Joy in working with digital tools as well as redesigning processes and processes Cooperative leadership style, paired with a hands-on mentality, service orientation and strategic vision Commitment, Enforcement, Responsibility and Communication Strength
