Commercial Employee Back Office -Remote- (m/f/d)

You support the project management and the project team in all operational activities during the construction process. You're counting construction services. You'll check the documentation in the daily construction business. You communicate independently with authorities, specialist companies and other project participants. You're organising meetings and running protocol. You monitor and coordinate appointments. You start evaluations and reporting on project status. You are responsible for document management and data management in the operational construction process.

You have a completed professional training or a comparable qualification. You are safe to use the current MS Office applications. You bring practical experience in a back office, optimally with industry knowledge. You have a friendly, sovereign and professional appearance towards customers, after-contractors and communities. You can communicate well and have a sense of priorities as well as a proactive, independent, coordinated and predictive way of working. You like working in the team and are reliable.
