Number: MER00048FT We are responsible for the strategic development of modern office working environments for more than 40,000 employees in the Stuttgart area. We design work environments that promote flexible cooperation, modern technologies and innovative forms of collaboration. For this exciting and forward-looking task we are looking for you as an intern in the field of office work environments & project management. From February/March 2027 we are looking for motivated and creative students who take responsibility, bring their own ideas and actively shape the office worlds of tomorrow. We offer you an active role in a strategically relevant project environment with insights into office planning, project management, communication, digitalization, work protection, change management and modern working environments. Your tasks in detail: Support of project management in the planning, control and development of modern office work environments Participation in workshops, management terminals and control circuits as well as insights into company-wide decision-making processes Preparation of presentations, management documents and decision bases for different target groups Support in the planning, coordination and follow-up of project dates, measures and budgets Cooperation with various departments and project partners as well as independent acquisition of subtasks or smaller projects We offer: Cooperation with strategically relevant projects for the design of modern working environments Direct insights into project management, communication, digitalization and change management Self-responsible work with design space for own ideas Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and various disciplines Possibility to actively contribute to the further development of the working world at Mercedes-Benz The activity can begin from February/March 2027.

Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing or comparable studies Interest in topics such as project management, workplace strategy, facility management and real estate or land management Very good PowerPoint skills and safe handling of MS Office applications Joy in making complex facts understandable and visually appealing Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Creativity, communication strength and ideally first experience in design, communication or visualization Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Team skills, curiosity and willingness to work quickly on new topics What awaits you: Do you want to understand how modern office work environments are created and how transformation projects are implemented in an international company?
