What we plan together: The IT Service Continuity Governance of REWE Group defines the group-wide framework and methods for ensuring the availability of critical IT services and IT applications in crisis and emergency situations. As an IT Service Continuity Manager, you develop and optimize these requirements and support our Group companies in Germany and abroad in their implementation. You work on the implementation and further development of the IT-Service-Continuity-Lifecycle and on the group-wide coordination of all IT-Service-Continuity activities. The advertised position is located at the location Cologne Porz, where our dynamic team meets regularly.

What you do with us: You have the overview: You analyze internal technical requirements and external regulatory requirements and then align the IT-SCM governance of REWE Group. In particular, you develop and optimise the central IT-SCM directive and support the Business Continuity Manager and IT Service Continuity Manager in group-wide bodies. You actively shape: You develop solutions for implementing IT-SCM requirements in the form of templates and assistance and accompany the IT-Service Continuity Manager of our Group companies/IT units in implementation in management systems and in IT operations. Your expertise counts: You carry out GAP analyses and risk analyses independently, control technical emergency planning and advise our Group companies with your expertise in IT-Service Continuity. For progress, you raise awareness about IT-Service Continuity and help implement IT emergency standards. In addition, you organize regular technical emergency tests and restart exercises and report regularly to the management. Together with the goal: You act as a central interface between business continuity management, risk management, IT, governance and other relevant departments.

Founded experience: Multiannual professional experience in the field of IT service continuity management, for example in the context of an examination or consulting activity. Expertise: You identify relationships between IT services, processes, risks and controls and align your work with relevant laws, standards and standards such as ISO 27031, ISO 2700x, ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, NIS-2, KRITIS, COBIT or ITIL.
