Bachlor or Master degree not older than two years Ideally valid driver's licence

Ideally initial practical experience in the field of business administration Fluent in Business English and ideally basic knowledge of German Interest in different cultures Initiative and self-responsibility High flexibility and willingness to travel and live abroad

An 18-month trainee program with individual based orientation on interests and strengths Getting to know the German headquarter as well as two further companies abroad Housing and a mobility package during the program

A mentor from the Top Management as well as a former trainee as a Buddy will advise you on all staff and career matters Specialized workshops individual development measures complete the program
