Senior Manufacturing Technologist for Precision Machining (m/f/d)

Management of projects for procurement processes of plants and machines including the creation of load/pull books, technical specification and selection of suitable hardware and software components in coordination with the group leaders and other interfaces Management of automation and digitization projects in the field of precision technology Accompanying commissioning, qualification and change management as well as creating user documentation and carrying out training on sustainable process creation Implementation of strategic initiatives in terms of quality, production system and technology Conducting research and benchmark analyses on new manufacturing methods and technologies as well as deriving sound recommendations for action Independent implementation of new methods, materials and manufacturing processes Continuous conversion of new production technologies and prototypes into series production Evaluation and technical evaluation of new processes, materials and manufacturing processes Interface function between pre-production and development areas Support and advice of internal and external customers

Complete studies in process engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in managing technical projects Practical experience in the planning, implementation and integration of automation and digitization projects Insufficient expertise in production, ideally with experience in cutting-edge manufacturing processes and surface technologies Good knowledge of lean management Embossed affinity for research topics and industrial production High level of initiative as well as independent, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented work Impressed social competence and moderation and communication skills Good English knowledge of word and writing
