You report directly to the management and lead a dedicated team in the financial sector. Total responsibility for financial accounting, controlling, investment and liquidity planning Creation of structure and transparency by analysis of key figures, plan deviations and close interlocking of accounting and controlling Creation and commentation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, balance sheet according to HGB/IFRS Responsibility for corporate planning, budget planning and monitoring, forecasts and under-year reporting Preparation of analyses, cost-effectiveness calculations and decision templates Close cooperation with the management, internal interfaces and external partners (e.g. auditors, auditors, savings controlling) Responsibility for the corporate risk management system Identification of optimization potentials in processes, structures and systems Leadership and development of the team in Finance and Controlling

Your profile - analytical, strong, predictive Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance / controlling or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading role in the financial sector of an industrial company - ideally in a corporate environment Knowledge of HGB and IFRS, controlling instruments and ERP systems leadership experience with enthusiasm for the development of teams Embossed analytical thinking, structured working and high communication strength High self-responsibility, strategic view and operational implementation
