Number: MER00042IU Mercedes-Benz Vans is the transporter part of Mercedes-Benz AG. Here the commercial vehicles and large-scale limousines and the associated services are developed, produced and marketed. Our vehicle product portfolio includes the series Sprinter, Vito, V-Class, Citan and T-Class and of course their electrical variants and successors. The VAN/VC division bundles the worldwide activities of the Customer Service & Parts Van Business. The VAN/VCB department is responsible for global sales development and control. We are working on multi-layered initiatives and projects in agile, agile teams and are in constant exchange with the various MB Vans markets and representatives of the traders. Mercedes-Benz Vans is the only MBAG-Sparte in many European MB Vans markets to maintain the successful VanPro Retail professionalization programs. These make our retailers the preferred business partner of our commercial customers and ensure the highest Van Dedication. The tasks of our VanPro team consist of program development, market support and planning/control/success measurement. These challenges include: Project cooperation in our retail professionalization/transformation programmes on operational topics, on European roll-out and on the development programme Review and further development of current projects for global rollout in our markets Participation in market support for the ongoing retail professionalization program VanPro adVANce (saving the rollout quality in European MB Vans markets) Creating decision templates and presentations for different bodies Other interesting cross-sectional tasks in the retail network You like to get active, have your own ideas and represent them? Degree course: Economics or comparable degree course Language knowledge: German and English in word and writing, every other European language is advantageous Sales experience: retail and/or market experience IT knowledge: Professional handling of MS-Office Personal competencies: commitment, persuasiveness, intercultural communication and team skills as well as conceptual, analytical, structured and strategic working. “Out-of-the-box” thinking and “Can-do” mentality Basic knowledge of project management Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
