You recognize deviations early, trade independently and run your team with clear compass. You know what's going on – and you're thinking it's going on.

Management and control of your layer with responsibility for a smooth production process Ensure the technical ready-to-use and production capacity of the plant at the start of the shift and during operation Documentation of the layer in the shiftbook including special events – also in the field of water protection and waste management Detection, elimination and sustainable prevention of deviations that may lead to loss of production or quality Responsibility for the qualification and further development of employees in the shift Economic use and control of chemicals, raw materials and auxiliaries and the introduction of necessary corrective measures Consistent reduction of waste and avoidable material losses Regular checklist and laboratory data analysis
