You will process requests from customers: inside via different channels – whether ticket system, telephone, email or personally on site. Don't just pass on: you're analysing, qualifying and clarifying inquiries already in first contact. The professional handling of IMAC/R orders at Atruvia AG is part of your daily business. You're actively puggling and expanding the Knowledge database – sharing knowledge is natural for you. You will bring new services and products into regular operation together with the team and support pilot projects. You make sure that tickets are forwarded reliably to the relevant second level and tracked or escalated as needed. The management of assets in the client's tools is also your responsibility.

You have a completed training in electronic or commercial areas – e.g. as IT system electronics:in – or brings a comparable qualification. Technical fit? Your comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software as well as the handling of clients and peripheral devices speak for themselves. You understand what people need and go empathically and solution-oriented to our customers. Even in stressful situations, you remain sovereign, show commitment and think flexibly. Your knowledge of German is fluent – both oral and written. A class B driving licence completes your profile and makes you mobile.
