In your role, you independently define the object strategy in the sense of the owner interests, adapt it continuously and implement it. You also check, approve and evaluate feasibility studies as well as project developments and repair measures. You identify and design investment and deinvestment opportunities, check operator concepts, calculate rental and usage fees and negotiate, and first and foremost performance agreements. You create business plans and concepts for cost optimization and reduction. In addition, you identify optimization approaches for revenue structures and develop strategies for revenue enhancement. You control and control property management, facility management and other internal and external service providers. You'll create analytics and benchmarks and secure a running object reporting.

You have a completed internship course or a comparable training background with relevant professional experience and additional qualifications. You're already bringing professional experience of about 3-5 years. Good immobility skills characterize you. You bring very good user knowledge of the MS Office package.
