You are responsible for the independent construction management and monitoring of our photovoltaic projects in the AC sector, from the professional management of the assembly teams to the coordination of all after-contractors. You will ensure the time-, quality- and cost-oriented implementation of the projects by continuously monitoring the progress of the construction and the use of materials and taking early action in case of deviations. In close coordination with the technical planning, check the execution documents and ensure compliance with all relevant standards, in particular the VDE regulations. You create dimensions, perform the complete project documentation and prepare the technical acceptance of the plants that you will accompany and carry out. As a central contact person at the construction site, you actively communicate with internal interfaces such as project management and purchasing as well as external partners such as customers and network operators.

You have completed training as an electronics technician: in energy and building technology or a comparable electrotechnical qualification. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the AC-side construction management of photovoltaic projects, including sound knowledge of commissioning and relevant VDE regulations. You have already managed assembly teams professionally and successfully managed the cooperation with after-contractors. Their work is entrepreneurial and solution-oriented, paired with a hands-on mentality and a secure appearance to all project participants. You communicate safely in German (min. C1) and have a class B licence.
