You take the professional and practical care of our trainees and are their central contact person in everyday work. These include: Planning and support of the company's training Practical guidance of our trainees imparting expertise and craft skills Accompaniment of the trainees at the construction sites Control and discussion of workflows and work results Preparation for Intermediate and Gesellen Tests Support for reports and training contents Regular exchange with management, foreman and the team Organisation of small practical training units Working at the construction site when it requires working day The focus is not only on professional training. You also help our trainees take responsibility, become more independent and develop yourself personally.

You should bring about a completed training in the rooftop crafts Multi-year professional experience Joy in dealing with young people Patience and the ability to understand knowledge Responsibility and organizational talent An independent and reliable operation Joy in promoting and developing young people A master title or the training is of advantage, but not necessarily a prerequisite. More importantly, your experience, your personality and your joy of sharing your knowledge are your experience.
