You take over the technical and organizational management of the electroplating and final control sectors In electroplating, you are responsible for controlling, monitoring and optimising the galvanic processes – from coating to post-processing You ensure efficient personnel planning and ensure that all work steps are optimally coordinated. In the final control you coordinate the quality testing of our wedding and engagement rings – you make sure that each piece of jewellery meets our high demands on surface, manufacturing and finishing You optimierst processes, plan personnel use and ensure that appointments, quality and production targets are reliably adhered to You promote cooperation and communication between electroplating, end control and adjacent areas You accompany your team in professional development, strengthen motivation and self-responsibility You actively participate in improvement projects to continuously increase processes, quality and efficiency

A completed technical training, ideally with experience in the jewelry industry and production processes in electroplating and final control Multiannual professional experience in surface processing or final control Experience in personnel planning and team organisation Ideally, first leadership experience and joy in guiding and developing teams High quality awareness and a good eye for fine machining and surface quality – especially in jewellery or high quality products Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Embossed organizational talent, communication strength and responsibility Interest in process optimization, quality assurance and continuous development of production processes
