Working with the project team to introduce SAP in the purchasing department, including participation in project meetings and workshops Support in preparing and implementing data migration from existing systems in SAP, including data purification and validation Maintenance and updating of supplier and material master data in the SAP system Support in the implementation and documentation of system tests, preparation of test plans and cases, and evaluation of test results Support of buyers in the use of the new SAP system, including training and creation of user documentation Analysis and optimization of existing purchasing processes for the efficient use of SAP Identification and implementation of automation options within the SAP system to increase efficiency Creation and maintenance of shopping reports and dashboards in the SAP system to support management in decision-making

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in Business, Economic Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management Interest in implementing and using ERP systems, in particular SAP First experiences with SAP (e.g. through internships or study projects) are advantageous Good knowledge about MS Office (especially Excel) Analytical skills and a structured working method Communication strength and team capacity Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
