Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the support, customer service and workshop of the Metriworx Ensuring high service quality through efficient control of all after-sales activities Building and expanding long-term customer relationships through first-class service and support Analysis and evaluation of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials Proactive cooperation with sales and other internal specialist departments as well as suppliers and manufacturers Economic management and development and implementation of measures to improve earnings Identification and development of sales potential in the after-sales and service sector Active cooperation in company-wide working groups and projects

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training with technical qualifications, alternatively a completed study and management experience Professional experience in surveying, machine control or construction machinery Representative communication and leadership skills High customer and service orientation combined with a structured and organized operation Analytical strength and the ability to quickly capture complex facts and to translate them into practical solutions
