Specialist in syndicated and project financing (m/f/d)

You support sales and other areas involved in the joint processing of complex consortial and project financing You take responsibility for the proper implementation of all consortial and project financing decisions You independently process existing loans, including contractual changes, security releases, repayments and documentation management You coordinate, check and manage the credit documents in close cooperation with consortia partners:internal and external firms You independently process non-standard contracts of structured financing You carry out formal credit and provision controls and monitor compliance with requirements up to valuation You take over the valuation checks for securities, as well as commissioning and auditing property reviews You work together with your colleagues to optimize processes, to ensure regulatory requirements and to accompany internal and external audits with

You have a completed bank training, as well as an additional qualification for the banking business operator:in, savings banks business operator:in or a comparable qualification You bring at least 3 years of experience in credit, consortial, or project financing You can safely apply your very good knowledge of credit, collateral and funding law as well as regulatory requirements in practice You work routined with credit applications and MS Office You organize your tasks structured, work carefully and reliably and keep an overview even with high work volume You have very good English skills in word and writing You have a very good expressive and contact capability
