Working time models that create reliability In the SAP HCM you design and maintain our shift and working time models for professional employees and employees – from sliding time to part-time to shiftwork – so that our planning is just as reliable as our pump systems. Time data you keep in mind You evaluate working time data, interpret deviations and identify sources of error in the system, so that our time economy is stable and all processes remain in the river. Advice that gives orientation You advise and support employees as well as managers on all issues relating to the time economy, clarify disagreements and create transparency in a sensitive topic. Optimization that makes processes smarter You work closely with IT and external service providers, plan and control system adaptations and optimizations and thus contribute to making our time management solutions step by step smarter and more efficient.

Foundation for reliable time management You have a commercial training and at least three years of professional experience – ideally in the context of HR, Payroll or the time economy – and are familiar with working time law (ArbZG, rest periods, breaks). Systems where you are home You have experience with time management systems, work safely with software such as SAP HCM and ideally ATOSS, Kronos or comparable solutions and maintain different working time and shift models. Interfaces that connect you You understand the relationship between the time economy and payroll, take into account the effects of time bookings on pay billing and work closely with the payroll colleagues so that everything is consistent at the end of the month. Numbers you bring to the point You have pronounced analytical skills, value time data structured and derive concrete measures – especially if system errors or deviations require quick and precise decisions. Communication that creates trust You advise employees and executives at eye level, explain complex issues in a comprehensible way, clarify unanimity and work closely with IT and external service providers to continuously improve processes.
