We are looking for a nursing specialist with training on Gerontofachkraft (m/w/d) for the Thomascarree in Mannheim in full time.

What you do • You control the care process and coordinate the basic and treatment care of the residents. • If required, you perform 1:1 activations in people with dementia. • You care about people in your group and document your activities. • You are in contact with doctor's practices, pharmacies and relatives.
