The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. The “Children, Youth and Family” division of the Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie combines offers of integration aid and youth assistance under one roof. This allows us to provide individual and needs-oriented support for children, young people and their families.

For our stationary group in Zwingenberg we are looking for

(m/w/d)-WG Kinder- und Jugendhilfe (part of employment: 50%) They want to accompany children and young people on an important part of their lives. They look forward to a family and relaxed culture of trust, collegiality and fun at work. Zwingenberg is located in a quiet residential area. The group of dwellings can accommodate 9 children and young people aged 10-18 according to §§ 34, 35a, 41, 42 SGB VIII. Shopping and sports facilities as well as the train station and bus connection are nearby. Cosy terrace with barbecue and balcony invite you to stay outdoors.

How does your day look like • They help young people to calm down and develop into independent personalities in order to lead a self-responsible life. • In cooperation with the Youth Office and caregivers/premiers, you develop ideas and opportunities for returning to the family or suitable follow-up measures. • They support, advise and accompany children and young people in all areas of daily life with empathy and humour • They plan individual and group educational offers for and with young people • They support pedagogical professionals in case-related work and responsibility.

We wish you • You have completed a training as an educator*in, a study of social work, social education, diploma education or medical education, etc. • You already have professional experience in youth assistance • You have a professional attitude to proximity and distance in educational work • They think holistic, solution-oriented, creative and empathic
