Inside Sales - Order Management / Customer Service (m/w/d)

Manage orders You answer customer requests and advise customers:inside You create, monitor and document offers You manage complaints by analysis, evaluation and monitoring You monitor open positions and control delivery rates

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You have at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial company You have very good MS Office knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing You work carefully and independently, think analytically and conceptually and have good communication and presentation skills
