Contradictions Specialist (m/f/d)

In the area of ‘resistance and judicial proceedings’, the opposition proceedings are dealt with in all areas of health and care insurance, as well as the right of membership and contribution, and the resulting judicial proceedings of all bodies are supervised. The proceedings are also brought to settlement disputes with hospitals and other service providers. The tasks of the area of “resistance and judicial procedures” include the development of impulses based on case law and laws in cross-border cooperation with all areas of performance to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of the DAK health.

The enrolled unit includes the processing of contradictions from the care insurance sector and the processing of contradictions to selected performance topics according to the SGB V. Support our team in our headquarters in Hamburg as

Consultant (m/w/d).

You independently examine and edit identical contradictions on performance topics, mainly from the field of care insurance. As part of the processing, you will evaluate medical reports, medical records and legal requirements and jurisdiction taking into account the grounds of opposition. After thorough examination, you will prepare objections for submission to the opposition committees. In doing so, you make decisions on your own. You have a successfully completed training as a social security specialist or comparable training and bring very good and thorough expertise, preferably in the field of nursing insurance, with or have the willingness to acquire them. You have a very good oral and written expression. Your independent working and team skills complete your personal profile.
