Construction and implementation of a nature park Teufelsmoor Conceptual preparation and technical assistance of the recognition process as a natural park Development of development and action concepts based on the proposed discussion on the establishment of a nature park Teufelsmoor Conceptual development and structure of organisational structures (territorial boundaries, support, financing models, office, committee work, networks) Organisation of working group meetings and workshops, coordination with municipalities, specialist authorities, associations and regional actors Support research and preparation and support of applications Public relations and participation formats to integrate regional actors Close cooperation and technical and conceptual coordination with the management of the Planning and Nature Conservation Office

Completed degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in a suitable subject Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally with experience in building a corresponding organisation Knowledge and experience in nature and landscape protection as well as in project and funding management Safe appearance and pronounced communication and moderation competence Strategic thinking, negotiation skills and enforcement Identification with the objectives of sustainable regional development Self-employed, careful and structured working, team skills and flexibility Driving licence class B and willingness to external dates in the region
