Supporting our customers worldwide, in a 3-person team Correspondence and Translations in German and English Creation of offers and processing of customer orders Ensure a smooth ordering process in coordination with the production department Preparation of all relevant shipping and customs documents (original certificate, EUR1, ABD etc.) first contact point of all telephone calls and visits Customer aftercare Handling administrative tasks (post-processing, telephone headquarters, appointment coordination, storage etc.) Preparatory accounting, payment transactions, dunning occasional compilation of statistics

Successful completion of vocational training as a wholesaler and foreign trader, office man/w, industrial man/w or comparable (m/w/d) Professional experience in the field of international order processing and customs processing very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are essential for this position, further languages such as French or Spanish are advantageous You have a quick understanding and always keep a cool head in stressful situations a friendly, binding appearance as well as a pronounced contact and team skills complete your profile
