You support the management and employees of the Primary Technology Department in organisational, administrative and area-specific tasks and ensure smooth daily operations. As a central contact person for internal and external stakeholders, you coordinate correspondences, appointments, repreparations, consultations and deadlines and ensure targeted information sharing. Meetings, meetings, events, trainings and teachings are available in an organizational manner and prepare presentations, policy templates, protocols and other documents. You process messages, processes and documents in the systems used, including SAP HCM, and also organize business trips including billing.
