Analysis and evaluation of service and performance data for identifying trends, optimization potentials and supporting sound business decisions Creation, maintenance and continuous development of reports, dashboards and KPIs to control and monitor service performance Development of data-based recommendations to optimize processes, increase efficiency and reduce operating costs Support for transformation initiatives through service-trend analyses, the creation of business cases and the development of suggestions for improvement Accompanying change and transformation processes as a change agent and support in the successful introduction of new working methods and processes Close cooperation with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and continuous improvisation initiatives Application of structured methods such as Lean or Six Sigma for the sustainable optimization of operational processes

Complete technical or business studies or comparable training Multiannual professional experience and sound industry and expertise Knowledge in Microsoft 365/BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)/Service Management System/ SAP An independent, structured and organised way of working Team spirit for trusting cooperation with internal and external partners Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing
