Team Lead Procurement Master Data Operations (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary management of the Procurement Master Data Operations team including resource planning, prioritization, employee development and talent promotion Responsibility for the central plant, care, validation and quality assurance of product master data in the international procurement environment Build and maintain an excellent stakeholder management and function as a single point of contact for internal and external contact persons in the master data environment Ensuring a uniform and harmonised master data structure across country and organisational boundaries Further development of governance, quality and standardization measures for product and product master files together with Master Data Management Responsibility for the definition, implementation and monitoring of SLAs, KPIs and reporting on performance, transparency and service quality Analysis of existing plant and communication processes and identification and implementation of optimization measures Ensuring high data quality according to the first-time-view principle and continuous reduction of rework and error sources, and Control and coordination of changes to master data structures and processes to ensure consistent and transparent data collection

Successfully completed master's degree or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience in master data management, data governance, process management, digitization or procurement operations Multiannual leadership experience as well as proven experience in the development and motivation of teams Knowledge gained in controlling complex international master data and process landscapes Experience with SLA, KPI and service process management as well as safe handling of reporting and performance indicators Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2) for sovereign stakeholder management at national and international level Embossed customer, data and process orientation combined with a high quality awareness Ability to create transparency and liability through clear standards, KPIs and responsibilities and to promote harmonisation, standardization and continuous improvement with high self-initiative Ability to link people, processes and data and thus make a measurable contribution to time-to-market, product availability and operational excellence
