At the Gießen site, we are now looking for a specialist in transfusion medicine and haemotherapy (m/w/d) for a first-time job (100%). The Centre for Transfusion Medicine and Hemotherapy ensures the supply of both sites of the UKGM and the surrounding hospitals and medical practices for the entire field of transfusion medicine with donation, production, testing, blood bank and immunohaematological diagnostics, therapeutic and preparative apheresis as well as immunogenic/HLA and transplantation immunology. We also cover clinical and diagnostic hemostaseology throughout their entire range at both locations. At the Gießen site, clinical immunology with autoimmundiagnostics, thrombocyte and granulocyte immunohematology is our fourth focus. To strengthen our center, we are looking for a specialist in transfusion medicine or advanced training assistant (m/w/d), preferably with promotion, with interest in a long-term activity in medical care, research and teaching in one of our designated priorities.
