Master's degree in process management, as an alternative in the field of business management, economic engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering, computer science or similar Influential professional experience in (IT) process management and digitalization, ideally in the energy industry High process orientation with experience in change management Competence in project management desirable Secure MS Office knowledge necessary, good knowledge with an ERP system desirable Representative initiative, willingness to design and a team-oriented working and openness for changes
