General responsibility for project management, mechanical and electrical design, software development, ... Responsibility for the technical design and development of special machines and automation solutions Ensuring the timely and quality-oriented project execution while maintaining cost and quality objectives Responsibility for the further development and considerable expansion of our modular system and our standardization Strategic and operational development of the area Close cooperation with the management and sales, operations and services to achieve corporate objectives Leadership of department and team management Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and the sustainability strategy

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in special machinery or plant engineering and proven experience in a leading function Funded know-how in the development of automation systems and production facilities and experience in the project business Representative leadership, communication and decision-making strength and multi-year leadership experience Structured, solution-oriented and efficient operation readiness to travel to a small extent and very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
