Reception/Order Manager (m/w/d)

Central contact point for external guests/customers/service providers and local staff Working in the telephone center Contact person for building and visitor management (e.g. creating key cards/employeee IDs, managing the e-store columns) Editing the inbox and invoices Support for other administrative tasks executing material orders of all kinds (especially for the laboratory), including following the ordered goods and processing of complaints Administrative care of databases Daily admission and disclosure of the medical messages Correspondence in German and English

A completed commercial vocational training Practical experience in reception/orders Very good MS Office knowledge Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Careful and reliable operation Friendly and service-oriented appearance High team capability Embossed organisational strength and independent working style Loadability and flexibility
