Legal Contract Manager (f/m/d) Contract Management & Contract Law

You develop and plead contract patterns for their legally safe application and bring fresh impulses into the further development of our standards. You support our specialist departments in the design, testing and adaptation of contracts - practical, solution-oriented and always with a view to the whole. You answer legal questions independently or in close cooperation with our Inhouse Legal Team and contribute to the development of new contractual standards. You actively engage in contract negotiations with customers and partners of the Rhenus Group and represent our interests with a sense of law. In close cooperation with our Legal Tech Team, you automate digital contract processes and continuously develop our contract lifecycle management. In doing so, you bring your own ideas, think innovatively and shape forward-looking solutions - always with a clear view for efficiency, structure and usability.

You have completed a legal or economic degree (e.g. as an economic lawyer) or have a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded knowledge of contract law and have experience in the design and negotiation of contracts - ideally also in the international environment. You work structured, carefully and self-responsively - your analytical ability helps you to penetrate even complex facts quickly. You are technically affin and ideally have experience with digital tools in contract and matter management. You will certainly communicate in German and English - in writing as oral - and move in an international working environment.
