Working Student Real Estate (m/f/d)

As a working student in the real estate sector, you actively support us in contributing to the success of Lidl through the expansion and sustainable development of our existing branches. Together with our experienced portfolio managers as well as the real estate management, you will look behind the scenes of strategic location planning and prepare key decision templates.

This means:

Support in market and location analyses You accompany the exchange with local decision-makers, brokers, investors, project developers and property owners Support in the preparation of contract documents and contract negotiations Preparation of presentations

enrolled/immatriculated student, preferably in the course of study in real estate, BWL, real estate management etc. Self-responsible, careful and structured operation Communication strength, reliability and team capability Knowledge of Google Workspace of advantage
