Transformation Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks in detail: Accompanying transformation projects with innovation and digitalization background, from conception to successful implementation. Conducting analyses for identifying changes and optimization potentials in different business areas and projects of the STRABAG Group. Conception and content development of change measures (such as stakeholder analysis, change story, feedback concept, target group analysis, etc.). Conception, moderation and coordination of workshops, meetings and events for different target groups and stakeholders in the Strabag Group. Active participation and further development of the team's performance portfolio. Support and coaching of executives and project teams in implementing change processes and adapting new working methods. Regular reporting on the progress of ongoing projects to management and presentations for different stakeholders. Participation in specialist conferences, network meetings and best practice exchanges to introduce current developments in the field of transformation and change management into the organization.

Complete studies, ideally focusing on change management and/or organisational development or corresponding long-term professional experience. About three years of professional experience in the accompaniment of (IT) change and transformation projects, ideally in a group environment. Strong analytical thinking for identifying optimization potentials and developing sustainable solution strategies. Good knowledge of agile methods and frameworks.
