From now on, or at the next possible time, we occupy the position: HR billing management (w|m|d) Reference to the place: This position is limited to 2 years in the context of a parental leave office.

Payment: You set the bills for all employees on your own - always in line with tariff, legal and operational requirements Annual financial statements & audits: You actively support financial statements and reliably accompany internal and external audits Corrections & reckonings: necessary corrections and reckonings are done quickly, carefully and with the necessary vision Test routines: You carry out test routines as part of the completions and thus ensure the quality and accuracy of all processes One-off payments: You take off one-off payments and tax their due payment Authorities communication: The case-related correspondence with authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions is in your hands Project work: You bring yourself into personal projects and participate in the further development of test routines

Qualification: You have a completed professional training or a comparable qualification in your luggage Professional experience: You bring multi-year experience in pay billing as well as in the time economy and in dealing with shift models Legal knowledge: With labour, tariff, tax and social security law, you know best and keep your knowledge up to date IT knowledge: The safe handling of MS Excel is self-evident for you, first experiences with SAP HR and a personal management software are ideally brought with you Working methods: A high degree of care, accuracy and reliability distinguishes your daily work
