Participation in the construction preparation, tendering and awarding, as well as the handling and testing of engineering contracts according to HOAI in the construction of lines Project management including assignment of contractors, construction monitoring and all other participants Coordination of workflows of construction monitoring and control of work results Examination of supplementary and guarantee monitoring Participation in public relations

Successfully completed university studies in the field of civil engineering and comparable disciplines or state-tested construction technicians with long-term professional experience acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability First knowledge of road construction (construction process) Good IT skills (especially Microsoft Office, iTWO, SAP, AI assignment manager) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (level C2 to GER/CEFR) Class B driving licence and readiness to travel and willingness to carry a service vehicle That would be desirable: Professional experience in project and construction management Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines in road construction Knowledge of BIM

Group of charges: E10 to E11 Remuneration takes place up to the above mentioned remuneration group.
