HR Business Partner and Sparring for executives, including structural and personnel decisions Translation of the corporate and HR strategy into specific HR roadmaps and active participation in organization design and change projects Advice and austerity of executives in leadership, performance and talent topics, including difficult personnel decisions, succession and talent planning Design and negotiation of organisational measures subject to the provisions of BetrVG, as well as support of personnel measures Promoting organisational health by developing efficient structures, processes and powerful teams Active role in positioning HR as a professional, business-oriented partner in the company

Complete studies in the field of business management, human resources management or comparable qualifications Founded professional experience in a HR function, ideally as a HR business partner or in a comparable entrepreneurial HR function Detectable experience in transformation and change processes of global companies, such as restructuring, relocation of functions or building shared services Very good knowledge of German labour and co-determination law as well as in the handling of tariff systems and AT regulations Detectable experience in organizational development, change logic and its translation into pragmatic measures High affinity for analytics & tools as well as the ability to structure complex topics and prepare them to address, even at top management level Representative communication and consulting skills in cooperation with stakeholders across all hierarchical levels, including in English Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation combined with empathy and high design desires
