Project management of construction, real estate and infrastructure projects, such as commercial and administrative buildings, schools, banks and production buildings, transport routes, urban development, media Collaboration in teams in complex major projects Creating and updating schedules and cost overviews Conducting meetings and supervision of reporting

Successfully completed technical studies (Master or Diploma / Department of Civil Engineering, Architecture or Similar) as well as commercial understanding First professional experience (e.g. in the form of internships) and first practical applications of HOAI and VOB desirable Analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills and communication skills Professional handling of software tools such as MS Office; MS Project and/or Oracle Primavera Knowledge of geoinformation systems such as QGIS or ArcGIS is desirable
