Takeover of team management and control Leadership of employees and accompaniment, processing and coordination of ongoing projects Function as contact person of our customers including care and development of the contact Responsibility for acquisition of new customers Management of contract negotiations and technical and commercial processing of offers Qualitative and economic realization of the projects over all phases of the HOAI

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the areas mentioned (First) Leadership Experience and Feeling in Handling Staff Good knowledge of HOAI Safe handling of the MS Office package and the relevant specialist programs Independent, systematic and customer-oriented working methods as well as commitment and team capacity Organisational capacity, cost awareness and negotiation skills Self-employed and structured working methods, team skills and commitment Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
