Your duties

• You provide information about modern contact channels (personal, telephone, email, video and chat) and are in the field of health and care insurance.
• Upon request of the customer, you will process performance cases immediately, accept complaints and clarify them.
• In addition to the active customer approach and holding work, you will also carry out activities to secure inventory.
• You take over tasks as part of marketing, e.g. participation in customer acquisition events, etc.
• In addition, you can promote local health contacts for inventory and network care and image improvement.

Your profile

• You have a degree in social security (all health insurance), health care or a comparable training in the commercial sector with multi-year professional experience.
• Customer orientation is a matter of course for you.
• Both our customers and our network partners go open and keep the sales perspective in mind.
• They are a team-oriented personality and work constructively as well as appreciation with other work areas and services.
• Furthermore, you will always find and use new opportunities for membership creation and development and acquire information and background knowledge.
• You are interested in results, sales, inventory and costs incurred within the company.
