Your tasks:

• Data input & word processing to support business processes
• Coordination of logistics for office events
• Organisation of office envelopes, including furniture moving and file management
• Support of reception, telephone and post office
• Support in ordering, UVV testing and storage, office organization
• Date tracking and promotion

Your qualifications:
