Developing CNC programs for 3-axis/5-axis machines/turning/milling Testing of CNC programs on turning/milling machines in production (running time)optimization of these programs during operation Control of production processes Defining suitable tools and clamping possibilities Creating tool and clamping device databases Implementation and further development of existing and new manufacturing technologies, in particular the Hermle RS2 robot cell Support in the planning, organisation and implementation of our company training

You are self-confident and determined, plan structured and can argue well. You are collaborative and open-minded, yet powerful and conflicting. In addition, you are an organizational institution with a careful working procedure and have a high level of commitment. A wide range of activities from supporting routines to independent action is your world. Take this with you: Successful training for machining/industrial mechanic with further training for master/technic/bachelor machine construction Multiannual professional experience in CNC cutting including setup and operation of machines with Heidenhain TNC and Siemens Sinumerik controllers Funded knowledge of CAM programming and routined handling of 3D-CAM/CAD software preferably Siemens NX Embossed spatial imagination in 2D and 3D as well as experience in 3D printing desirable Secure handling of MS Office and ERP software (preferably Microsoft Navision) and ideally the SOFLEX control software Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing IHK training / AEVO appearance desirable
