You teach and conduct research in the field of efficiency and sustainability in thermal and climate technology at theReutlinger Energy Centre (REZ) and take courses in the Master's programme “Decentral Energy Systems and Energy Efficiency”. In particular, you will focus on heat pump technology and heat grids. You provide the technologies in efficient and sustainable heat and climate technology, including the thermodynamic basic application. In your teaching areas you can set your own focal points; At the same time, you are ready to teach basic subjects in the courses of the Faculty of Technology. You engage in research, publish and advertise research funding for the REZ. You serve students individually and actively and are present at the university. You act actively in the academic self-government and in the team of the degree programme.

A completed university degree as well as a single doctorate. A comprehensive understanding of the heat and air conditioning technology and its components as well as the application in heat networks.
