Global Cybersecurity Awareness Trainer (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the design, implementation and continuous development of the global cybersecurity asset and training portfolio Analysis of current cyber threats, regulatory requirements and technological developments and translation into practical training content Planning and implementation of global training, in particular for technical target groups such as Application Manager Building and developing a scalable global trainee-the-trainer concept Close cooperation with Subject Matter Experts from all relevant security domains (e.g. Cloud, OT, Identity, Incident Response) Measuring the effectiveness of training based on clear indicators (e.g. phishing simulations, awareness-KPIs, participation rates) Continuous optimization of content along the current threat situation

Complete study of computer science, cybersecurity or a comparable qualification At least 4 years of professional experience in the cybersecurity or IT environment as well as at least 2 years of experience in the design, implementation and development of training formats – ideally in an international business environment Cybersecurity certifications (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CISM) are advantageous Very good technical understanding of IT and security architectures Impressed ability to prepare technical and safety-related content according to target groups; from non-technical stakeholders to technical experts: knowledge of English; German knowledge is advantageous
