These are your tasks

As Pflegfachkraft (m/w/d) at the LVR-Verbund für WohnenPlusLeben, you play a central role in helping people with disabilities. Your work is just as demanding as enriching** – you actively shape the everyday life of our customers and take responsibility.

This is what you expect:

• Sinnstiftende Task: Support for adult people with mental impairment during the night.
• Responsibility and relationship: They accompany people in the long term, are available for relief talks and intervene in crisis situations through deescalating action. They motivate to maintain night rest and document the care of the night in the Vivendi software. In addition, ensure a detailed transfer to the tag layer.
• Great work: Bring your personality through conversations and provide the necessary support, if necessary, also by providing basic and simple treatment care, as well as the award of night and demand medication.

The LVR association for WohnenPlusLife (LVR association WPL) is one of the largest service providers for people with

in the Rhineland. Around 3,100 employees provide individual and common housing and support services for more than 3,300 adults with disabilities in special housing, in their own apartment and in the area of the daily structure.

The Landschaftsverband Rheinland (LVR) works as a municipal association with around 22,000 employees for the 9,8 million people in the Rhineland. With its 41 schools, ten clinics, 20 museums and cultural institutions, four youth aid institutions, the Landesjugendamt and the LVR Association for WohnenPlusLiving, it performs tasks that are performed throughout the Rhineland.
